Murmuration
A versatile modulated delay effect
From ever morphing washes of faux reverb,
To stumbling and seasick vibrato,
To slap back echo with a bit of wiggle,
To envelope controlled chorus,

Features
Murmuration is a delay pedal which can be modulated multiple ways:
A sine wave LFO and/or and pseudo-random waveform can continuously fluctuate the pitch of the delayed signal
A momentary “Wow” footswitch and/or the envelope of the input signal can trigger pitch dips and wows ranging from subtle detuning to full on lo-fi tape stops
Delay times span from 40ms to 300ms, and feedback ranges from single slap back repeats to runaway self oscillation
Multiple delay signal voicings allow for repeats that range from warm and dark to bright and jangly
Independent volume controls of both Wet and Dry signals allows for vibrato effects at minimum delay times and also provides up to +5dB boost on both signals
Murmuration also features true bypass, CMOS multiplexer switching, and is powered by 9V DC center-negative power supply

Delay Controls
Delay Time Control:
Sets delay time, ranging from 40-300ms
Short enough for chorus and vibrato effects
Delay Repeats Control:
Sets number of repeats (feedback) in delayed signal, ranging from single slapback repeats to runaway oscillation
Voicing Switch:
3-position switch for selecting filtering of delayed signal
Neutral Voicing:
Mild High Pass and Low Pass filtering for minimal change in delayed signal tone
Dark Voicing:
Low Pass filtering for warm and dark delayed signal tone
Bright Voicing:
High Pass filtering for bright and jangly delayed signal tone
Periodic Modulation
Modulation Depth Control:
Sets depth of sine & random modulation, ranging from zero pitch fluctuation to fun house mirror bendy-ness
Modulation Rate Control:
Sets rate of sine wave LFO only, ranging from 0.5 Hz to 10 Hz
Note: Random LFO “rate” is fixed
Waveform Switch:
3-position toggle switch for selecting sine wave and/or pseudo-random waveform modulation of the delayed signal
Random Wave:
Delay time/pitch is pushed and pulled at random intervals
Sine & Random Wave:
Combination of random and sine waveforms for unpredictable but periodic variation
Triangle Wave:
Delay time is modulated with a sine wave, like your typical modulated delay effect
Envelope and “Wow” Modulation Controls
Attack & Release Time Controls:
Sets the attack time and release time of the envelope and Wow footswitch triggered modulation
Ranges from immediate stutter-y pitch blips to slowly drifting and wandering detuning
Depth Control:
Depth of envelope and Wow footswitch triggered modulation
Ranges from subtle detuning in pitch to tape stop and dive bomb effects
Note: At maximum depth settings, the delayed signal can become significantly distorted and can stutter. This is normal behaviour. Dial back the depth setting for uninterrupted delayed signal
Sensitivity Control:
Sets the sensitivity of the envelope triggered modulation to the input signal level
Allows for adjustment for higher/lower output pickups or instruments
Envelope On/Off Toggle:
2-position toggle switch for turning the envelope triggered modulation On and Off
Note: The Wow footswitch will continue to operated when envelope is switched to Off
