What payment methods are available?

For customers in Canada, e-transfers work best. For US and international customers, PayPal works best.

How long until my order ships?

If I have all required parts on hand, the devices can ship within 1 week of placing the order. Worst case, if parts need to be ordered, the lead time can be 4-6 weeks to ship your device.

Do you ship internationally?

Yup! Send me your address in the Product Inquiry Form, and I can provide a shipping estimate and lead time.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Definitely! If you’re in the Vancouver area, send me a message and we can coordinate a pickup!

My product isn’t working, what do I do?

Send me a message at info@gourdaudio.com and I’ll get in touch to troubleshoot and coordinate a return for repairs, if required.

What is your repairs/warranty policy?

Any damaged or faulty devices will be repaired at any time, free of charge (shipping costs may be required from some locations). Send me a message at info@gourdaudio.com, and we can discuss the next steps.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not gelling with your device after having it for one week, it can be returned for a full refund (except for shipping costs).

Do you do custom products/designs?

It never hurts to ask! Send me a description of the custom device you’re interested in to info@gourdaudio.com and we can discuss if it’s feasible!
